I'm currently waiting for my cab to take me to the airport.
I had some nice days in Madrid. This time even working was fun :).

I just enjoyed my last cafe con leche in a coffee bar, which are very common around here. The coffee is cheap and really good in them. By visiting them frequently, I was even able to refresh some of my broken Spanish. Well, at least I can order a coffee with a glass of water now ;)
Later on, I will write an article about the hiking tour, I did yesterday. I managed to find nearly all the places, I knew from five years a go, when I was here for the first time.

After a quite convenient flight from Hong Kong to London, I am now waiting for my connection flight to Berlin. The Lounge is still quiet, since I seem to have taken one of the first flights arriving in London. Once the shops open, I will have the chance to buy my desired Uncut Magazine, which is hopefully already the new issue.

I am happy to be back and looking forward to see all my friends again. Also there are two neat cats, that hopefully still remember me :).

This has been my last full day in Hong Kong and I am looking forward to a great dinner in the American Restaurant in Wan Chai. This restaurant is called like that because it has been a Burger Shop in the early 1900s. Since it became a proper restaurant where you can get Peking Duck served as if you where in Bejing. Photos of this evening to come later.

See you in Berlin
Here is a video from the Shing Mun Reservoir showing loads of monkeys taking ownership of a BBQ place :). You really should pay attention to the warning, not to feed them, there are crazy about food and can be quite aggressive.
Most of them (except the butcher shot) are from the Shing Mun Reservoir. This reservoir has one of the most beautiful landscapes I have seen so far in HK.
Having survived business in HK, which didn't go well right from the start and having passed nearly half of the 2 weeks on Lamma, I would say, my feelings are kind of neutral now. Everything good I experience now, will benefit the positiv side :) .

Alina and me went to some great places, especially Shing Mun Reservoir in the north (pictures and videos to come). I am looking forward to the junk boat trip on sunday. It is said to be a sunny day so the trip will be a great experience for all of us. If weather is really ok, we will probably head for one of the fantasic beaches in the North of Hong Kong.

After I got upgraded from business class (company policy for long flights) to First, I was really curious about the BA lounge. Business was already quite nice, but First beats everything. Free internet, which is why I can blog now, free drinks, food and everything :)

I will add some pictures later on to show, how relaxed Dennis and me enjoyed the lounge. I eventuall got my wireless card working on my openbsd laptop, so there was even some success factor with it. I think, I am ready now to check out the 1st class cabin ;)

The best of all is, that there will be a weekend before I will start working in Hong Kong, so relaxing even continous after the flight.

On 10th of November I will be flying to Hong Kong, yeah. Orders for electronic gadgets can be placed via email ;)

Although I will only work there for a week, I will spent two more weeks on vacation. This topps everything. Finally I will have time to fully test my new SLR lenses.

Only thing I need now, is accomodation. Ideally close to an internet cafe, so I can blog a litte ...
The chances are getting better, that I can visit Hong Kong once more for business. Since I was there already for a long time, I really miss it already. I have met a couple of nice colleagues there, which I would like to see again.

But I won't be too happy before everything is organized, so I prevent unneccessary disappointment.
